Ability to handle multiple competing tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow up on loose ends without becoming overwhelmed. Ability to articulate thoughts clearly both verbally and in written communication. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Capacity for understanding big-picture scenarios and how to balance competing needs (design vs. cost vs. time, etc.), and ability to stay focused on target track.
