This ongoing, part-time role (approx. 10 hours/week) offers a unique opportunity to capture real-world stories with a fresh, modern edge. As part of the team, you'll work to bring day-to-day operations to life through engaging, short-form video content perfect for platforms like Facebook and Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Key Responsibilities: - Travel to various job sites throughout Minnesota to film employees in action. - Create scroll-stopping, social media-ready video content that feels real, engaging, and visually punchy. - Capture behind-the-scenes moments, team dynamics, equipment in use, and stories worth sharing. - Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align footage with brand tone and message. - Organize and deliver raw (and occasionally lightly edited) video clips weekly for review and publishing. What You'll Bring: - A creative mindset tuned into what works on social media dynamic shots, quick cuts, vertical framing, and a strong sense of timing. - Experience filming people in real-life, fast-moving environments (bonus if you've worked in industrial or technical settings). - Professional-grade gear and the know-how to use it well from lighting to stabilization. - A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while representing Buink with professionalism and creativity. - Flexibility to travel throughout the region on a consistent weekly basis. Nice to Have: - Experience editing for social adding captions, transitions, motion text, etc. - A solid portfolio featuring short-form content or reels for businesses or brands. - Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
