- Efficiency Under Pressure: You manage competing deadlines with grace, regularly delivering high-quality assets on timeeven when juggling multiple projects.
- Team Integration: You are a trusted creative partner across departments, known for your clear communication, collaborative spirit, and ability to translate feedback into stronger design outcomes.
- Creative Ownership: You confidently take projects from brief to completion with minimal oversight, while proactively suggesting new design ideas, tools, or approaches.

- Design and produce a wide range of creative materials including digital ads, emails, web banners, social content, billboards, and print collateral.
- Develop original concepts and execute visuals that reflect Crunchs tone and branding guidelines.
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
- Uphold and evolve Crunchs visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure design work reflects and reinforces brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, color, type, and layout.
- Help document and improve creative standards as the brand grows.
- Partner with teams across the businessmarketing, operations, retail, personal training, group fitnessto fulfill creative needs.
- Translate internal briefs into clear, compelling visuals that support both national campaigns and field initiatives.
- Participate in team brainstorms and strategy sessions, offering creative insights and solutions.
- Manage multiple design requests, balancing high-volume output with high-quality execution.
- Track deadlines, feedback loops, and asset delivery using project management tools.
- Proactively communicate progress, roadblocks, and timelines with stakeholders.
- 23 years in a professional design role, ideally in a fast-paced, marketing-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suiteespecially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (additional Adobe tools a plus).
- Strong layout and typographic skills; confident in both print and digital design workflows.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, email marketing, and social media asset creation.
- Video editing, motion graphics, or photography experience a strong bonus.
- Knowledge of Figma or other prototyping tools preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Creative problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail.
- Flexible team player who responds well to feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and visual storytelling.
- Organized multitasker who can handle daily tasks while contributing to big-picture creative strategy.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
OR equivalent relevant work experience and/or portfolio.
- Experience in copywriting, content creation, photography, or motion graphics.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and how creative supports performance outcomes.
- A Crunchy sense of humor and a passion for building a bold brand.
