Summary
This role is a detail-oriented and collaborative position, in which the Graphic Designer will provide graphic design support across a range of internal initiatives. The Graphic Designer will assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling materials that support internal campaigns, employee engagement, and leadership messaging. Key responsibilities include designing presentation decks, producing internal marketing, preparing files for final distribution, and ensuring visual consistency across all internal communications. This role works closely with creative leads, copywriters, and internal stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Internal Communications Team to develop and deliver high-quality visual assets for employee campaigns, leadership presentations, internal newsletters, and announcements.
Design and update internal presentation decks and internal marketing deliverables to support organizational messaging and initiatives.
Prepare final files for distribution across various channels including email, intranet, print, and digital screens.
Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency, align with brand guidelines, and support the strategic goals of internal communications.
Collaborate with creative leads and internal stakeholders to refine concepts and deliver creative solutions.
Place final approved content and imagery into production-ready files.
Route creative files for review and approval, incorporating feedback from Partners and Art Directors.
Work with design leads to organize, maintain, and archive internal design assets.
Troubleshoot file setup issues and implement timely updates as needed.
Support other internal design needs as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education
Associate's degree in Art/Design or related field required
