Program Design Specialist
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** To handle new and/or renewal business pricing opportunities and provide client specific billing instructions to the billing group; to support the Program Design and Pricing Team through centralized system entry and coordination.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE**
+ Provides pricing for new and/or renewal business pricing opportunities.
+ Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings.
+ Participates in pricing reviews with Program Design and Pricing Team.
+ Compiles, maintains, and analyzes data to support proposal efforts.
+ Performs ad hoc reporting and provides management with results.
+ Provides support to improve pricing efficiency.
+ Ensures on-going compliance with department procedures and best practices.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Four (4) years accounting and/or analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
