Overview of the RoleOur global banking client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Internal Communications Content Designer to help shape the future of employee-facing digital content. In this role, you'll create clear, engaging, and accessible content that empowers employees to navigate HR services, tools, and programs with ease. You'll work across digital platforms-web, mobile, and digital assistants-to support a seamless self-service experience for a global workforce.This role will play a key part in a large-scale content migration project, involving the audit, assessment, and remediation of approximately 1,000 PDFs and 1,000 articles.
