We are hiring a Kitchen & Bath Designer who excels at working directly with homeowners and trade partners to guide projects from first meeting through final installation. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys owning the full client experience while delivering strong design solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead client consultations and develop project scopes and budgets

Design and quote kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and flooring projects

Create layouts and proposals using 20/20 Design

Manage timelines, details, and follow-through from sale to completion

Coordinate with contractors, installers, and vendors

Build repeat and referral business through strong client relationships

Qualifications

Kitchen and bath design experience

Proficiency with 20/20 Design software

Strong client communication and sales skills

Project ownership and organizational strength

Ability to manage multiple active projects

Compensation
