You will partner across brand, marketing, and production teams to develop innovative visual solutions that balance business needs with creative vision, all while fostering collaboration, managing expectations in client and stakeholder discussions, and maintaining a positive, professional presence throughout the design process. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Create packaging designs that are strategically driven, culturally relevant, and optimized for shelf impact within the specific retail environment. Develop innovative design solutions grounded in strong problemsolving approaches that balance creative vision with business objectives. Build brand assets that contribute to clear, scalable brand guidelines and offpack applications used internally and externally. Manage multiple highpriority projects concurrently, delivering polished, highquality work under tight deadlines while sustaining collaboration and team morale. Lead client and stakeholder meetings with confidence, navigating unexpected changes, gathering relevant feedback, and building consensus around design decisions. Maintain positive, professional communication across all levels, strengthening crossfunctional relationships. Work handson with production partners to ensure design integrity from concept through execution. Collaborate with creative director, marketing, and crossfunctional partners to achieve objectives and ensure alignment throughout the design process. Demonstrate strong listening skills and incorporate diverse perspectives to achieve the best possible outcomes. Use AIdriven tools and techniques appropriately to enhance original concepts and deliver packaging that resonates with target audiences and meets business goals. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelors degree required. 7+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand and packaging design. Portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and development of broad visual identity systems. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Understanding of packaging die lines, print processes, and production requirements. Strong timemanagement skills and experience working within structured timelines across multiple projects. Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational discipline. Willingness to openly receive and incorporate constructive feedback. Selfmotivated mindset with comfort working independently and collaboratively. Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-MSL #LI-PM1 Compensation Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
