Job Description:

We are seeking a Design Apprentice to support a fast-paced apparel design team focused on rapid product creation aligned with regional trends and consumer insights.

This role will contribute to developing and maintaining technical graphic schematics from concept through execution, while also acting as a liaison for legal and trademark submissions.

The position is ideal for early-career designers looking to grow within a dynamic, high-velocity product environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create and maintain graphic design schematics across apparel categories (Men's, Women's, Kids).

Translate creative concepts into accurate technical graphics, including scale, color, placement, and application.

Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure execution aligns with creative intent.

Prepare and finalize schematics for vendor production.

Manage submission of seasonal graphics to legal and trademark teams.

Communicate feedback from legal teams and provide recommendations to design and development stakeholders.

Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Work cross-functionally with design, product management, and development teams.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in graphic design, apparel, or related design field.

Ability to contribute to and manage graphic design schematics (apparel or footwear preferred).

Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Exposure to or knowledge of 3D rendering.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Understanding of apparel construction and tech pack creation.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal or compliance.

Awareness of current design trends in sportswear or streetwear.

Flexibility and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
