Summary
The Senior Marketing Designer is a key member of the Marketing Team, responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual assets across all marketing channels. This role reports to and collaborates closely with the Creative Director to bring the brand vision to life, creating impactful and engaging designs that align with marketing objectives and elevate the brand's visual identity. This role is eligible to work a hyrbid schedule 2-3 days per week in office based out of Philadelphia, PA or surrounding regions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Design and Production:
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Team and own the development of high-level creative concepts, ensuring that all creative deliverables align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for a wide range of marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives, including emails, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, banners and digital ads, event graphics, signage, and more.
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to the consistent visual representation of the agency and its subbrands.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with the Marketing Programs Managers to ensure timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
Effectively communicate project progress and address any challenges to the Creative Director and Marketing Teams.
Brand Advocacy & Collaboration:
Champion best practices in design and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand's visual identity, under the guidance of the Creative Director.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
Engage and direct external creative partners (Superside) as needed for specific projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project objectives.
Provide oversight, design assistance, and support to other team members (RFP Designers), as directed by the Creative Director.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
Proven ability to create high-quality, on-brand designs that are visually appealing and effective.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong passion for design and a desire to stay current with industry trends.
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 25%
