Title: Content Designer
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Range: T4: C$50 | INC: C$65

As we reimagine the customer experience, we’re looking for an experienced, self-starting individual to help us bring online banking to the next level and help steer our content approach in the right direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of digital/mobile and user experience
  • Mobile and desktop application experience
  • 5 years of experience writing content (digital content)
  • Skilled at using Figma for documentation, iteration, and collaboration
  • Strategic project management skills & the ability to educate and gain sign-off from senior stakeholders
  • Prior work experience in the Financial Institution digital space
  • Experience in the Financial Institution digital space a plus
  • In-Branch experience (focused on customers having in-branch onsite banking experiences)
  • Experience with CMS
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of carefully written short-form content within complex digital interfaces
  • Review and approve final copy and demonstrate the ability to support content choices to stakeholders and negotiate/compromise when needed
  • Work closely with Product Designers to define and develop thoughtful designs and flows that integrate understanding of content together with visuals and interactive components
  • Collaborate with design partners, Product Owners and other Content Designers to ensure content supports and enhances the product to meet business objectives and drive bottom-line results
  • Be a leader in the content space, making strategic decisions as part of cross-functional agile teams
  • Take a proactive approach to improving and developing content guidelines to ensure maintenance, consistency and optimize existing experiences
