Our systems are built for scale, with detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) that ensure consistency, quality, and efficient training across every workstation.

Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Production Technician, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Framing canvas artwork and assembling wood structures
- Applying and finishing epoxy resin coatings
- Building crates and packaging for shipping
- Preparing and protecting artwork for long-distance transport
- Following and continuously improving SOPs and Work Instructions for each workstation
- Using computer systems to track time, workflow progress, and production metrics
- Capturing high-quality final images of completed artwork using professional camera equipment
- Editing and preparing images using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process improvements, including the use of AI tools
Essential Job Functions
- Assemble frames and stretch canvases to specification
- Apply epoxy resin with precision and consistency
- Package artwork to meet shipping and protection standards
- Build custom crates and shipping containers
- Accurately log time and production data using workstation computers
- Follow established SOPs/WIs to ensure consistent quality and output
- Photograph finished pieces with proper lighting, framing, and consistency
- Perform basic image editing and file preparation using Adobe software

Requirements
- Comfortable operating power tools (chop saw, nail/staple guns, power drill)
- Able to operate or learn light industrial equipment and pneumatic tools
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE, including half/full-face respirators during resin application
- Ability to lift 5075 lbs occasionally
Preferred Experience
- Woodworking or framing experience
- Packaging and shipping experience
- Epoxy resin application experience
- Experience with product photography or studio lighting setups
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience working in a production line or lean manufacturing environment
Physical Demands
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs (with reasonable accommodation)
- Stretch and secure canvases tightly across frames
- Stand or sit for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
Schedule
- Full-time (3640 hours/week)
- Day shift, MondayFriday
- Production floor start time: no later than 8:00 AM
