This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a creative eye, and is interested in learning and growing within the business. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous graphic design, print production, automotive detailing, vehicle wrapping, or tinting experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right person with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Create and modify designs for vehicle wraps, signage, decals, banners, and promotional materials Assist with print production setup and preparation Operate and maintain printers, plotters, and other production equipment Assist with vehicle prep, vinyl handling, and general shop duties Communicate with customers regarding design concepts and revisions Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support team members with production and installation needs as assigned Qualifications Graphic design experience preferred Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software is a plus Automotive detailing, vehicle wrapping, tinting, or hands-on production experience highly preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Creative mindset with good communication skills Reliable transportation required Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Ability to work independently and follow instructions Work Environment Print production / vehicle wrap shop setting Hands-on role involving design, production, and shop support Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines Opportunity to learn new skills and grow into a larger role over time Why Join?
