(Ohio) compensation: $11 Hello, We are a magazine in search of a talented photographer to capture the exterior and interior of a properties across Ohio (Senior Living communities mainly in Columbus). If you have an eye for detail and a passion for showcasing homes at their best, we want to hear from you! We are looking for just the unedited JPG image files (3-5 of each location). Each location shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to capture. No editing is needed as we just want the simple, unedited raw files. Job Details: LOCATIONS COVERED: Columbus City Core 43203, 43205, 43211, 43212, 43219-43232 Columbus Suburbs + Central OH Dayton Metro + SW Ohio Cincinnati Metro + SW OH Cleveland Metro + NE OH Akron / Canton / Youngstown / Steubenville Corridor Toledo / NW Ohio + SE Ohio Toledo, Findlay, Kenton, Lima + Southern Tier Payment: Total = We pay per location, usually around $11 per location (reminder we only want 3-5 unedited jpgs of each location) Type: Freelance/Contract Photography day: 7-9 days Requirements: **MUST USE A DSLR CAMERA** Reliable transportation to reach multiple properties. However, we are open to negotiating a per community rate as we have a much larger comprehensive list of all senior living and nursing centers in the area.
