(Maine) compensation: $11 Hello, We are a magazine in search of a talented photographer to capture the exterior and interior of a properties across Maine (Senior Living communities mainly in Auburn). If you have an eye for detail and a passion for showcasing homes at their best, we want to hear from you! We are looking for just the unedited JPG image files (3-5 of each location). Each location shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to capture. No editing is needed as we just want the simple, unedited raw files. Job Details: LOCATIONS COVERED: Day 1: Southern Coast Day 2: Portland Metro Day 3: Portland Suburbs Day 4: Auburn / Lewiston cluster Day 5: Central Maine Day 6: Mid-Coast Day 7: Bangor Metro + inland Day 8: Downeast Day 9: Northern & Coastal Payment: Total = We pay per location, usually around $11 per location (reminder we only want 3-5 unedited jpgs of each location) Type: Freelance/Contract Photography day: 9 days Requirements: **MUST USE A DSLR CAMERA** Reliable transportation to reach multiple properties. However, we are open to negotiating a per community rate as we have a much larger comprehensive list of all senior living and nursing centers in the area. A keen eye for capturing the best angles and lighting. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. **IMPORTANT** For each community that you get an interior shot of (Bedroom/common area) there will be a $5 bonus per location.
