Your Role
Seeking a collaborative, upbeat Senior Graphic Designer with 57 years of experience (ideally in retail) who brings both strong craft and a proactive, solutions oriented mindset. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, this role is responsible for concepting and executing store windows, in store Beauty and Lingerie marketing, direct mail, and a range of print initiatives. Core responsibilities include designing marketing assets, preparing final production files, and leading the creation of in person presentationsprinting, trimming, mounting, and helping set up the mock store for leader reviews.
This role partners closely with creative leads, retouching, visual merchandising, copywriting, traffic, and production teams to bring campaigns to life. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment and brings a positive, can do attitude to every project.
Your Impact
Support the team in the design, concept, and execution of in-store marketing needs
Prepare accurate, pressready final files and ensure smooth handoff to production
Lead the creation of inperson presentation materials - including printing, trimming, mounting, and helping set up mock store reviews. This person must be local to the Columbus area.
Collaborate closely with creative leads, retouching, visual merchandising, copywriting, traffic, and production teams.
Responsible for preparing marketing decks for presentations
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while contributing fresh, thoughtful creative ideas
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines in a fastpaced retail environment
Proactively identify opportunities to elevate creative work and improve processes
