Artist needs a hand setting up/tearing down Art Booth (Beverly Hills) image 1 of 1 santa Monica blvd near Beverly compensation: 125 cash Hi! I am an artist and I need help setting up my booth this Friday, May 15th, and breaking it down on Sunday May 17th in Beverly Hills, CA. at the outdoor semi annual Beverly Hills art show. The gig requires lifting and assembling a 10 x 10 display using lightweight modular walls, an EZ up canopy, 30 lb. weights, and my fragile art. I need someone who is responsible, reliable, strong and able to be careful handling my artwork and hopefully lives nearby so it is easy for you to be on time which is VERY important. its a pretty easy gig and I just need a pair of strong and willing hands to help me lift and carry. this gig is going to take about 4 and 1/2 to 5 hours of work total. I need help for 2.5-3 hours on Friday at 12 noon and then again roughly 2 hours on Sunday evening. You must be able to arrive on Friday ready to help at noon. Then I will need you back Sunday evening by 6 pm to help me get it all back in the van. If you are responsible, handy, cheerful and willing to take direction well this would be a good gig for you.
