We are looking for a team-oriented, results-driven, artistic professional capable of creating innovative design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will:
- Work under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Experiential Design to support exceptional programs and initiatives that help enhance the UB experience for students.
- Consult with and guide Student Life units to help them achieve their communications goals.
- Act as a creative problem-solver to develop original visuals in print, digital, and environmental mediums.
- Use your creativity to devise design solutions that resonate with target audiences while upholding the University at Buffalo brand and its associated standards.
- Manage production of art assets and oversee project implementation with campus and external partners for optimal results.

- Knowledge of typography, typesetting, current design standards and trends, as well as printing and production techniques.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on a team and with external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 3-4 years of demonstrated marketing or advertising design experience in print, web, and/or environmental mediums.
- Efficient, outcome-driven; ability to be nimble, accept feedback and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies.
