Senior Interior Designer Residential & Construction Projects

This role is ideal for someone who loves both creativity and execution and enjoys guiding clients through large-scale projects from concept to completion.

• Lead residential design projects including new construction, remodels, and furnishing projects
• Collaborate with builders, architects, contractors, and homeowners
• Space planning, selections, finish schedules, furniture layouts, and specifications
• Create cohesive designs balancing beauty, function, and budget
• Manage multiple projects and timelines
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Source products, materials, furnishings, and finishes
• Build strong relationships and create an exceptional client experience
• Generate project opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships

• Understand floorplans, elevations, materials, and specifications
• Are confident communicating with builders and contractors
• Can manage details while seeing the bigger picture

• Enjoy both technical work and client relationships
• Believe design should feel enjoyablenot intimidating

Bonus Experience:

• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit, or similar
• Construction documentation
• Cabinetry, finish selections, lighting plans
• Furniture specification
• Luxury residential experience
