This role is ideal for someone who loves both creativity and execution and enjoys guiding clients through large-scale projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities- Lead residential design projects including new construction, remodels, and furnishing projects
- Collaborate with builders, architects, contractors, and homeowners
- Space planning, selections, finish schedules, furniture layouts, and specifications
- Create cohesive designs balancing beauty, function, and budget
- Manage multiple projects and timelines
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Source products, materials, furnishings, and finishes
- Build strong relationships and create an exceptional client experience
- Generate project opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships

- Have experience with residential construction or large-scale interior design projects
- Understand floorplans, elevations, materials, and specifications
- Are confident communicating with builders and contractors
- Can manage details while seeing the bigger picture
- Have strong organization and follow-through
- Are self-motivated and comfortable owning projects independently
- Enjoy both technical work and client relationships
- Believe design should feel enjoyablenot intimidating
Bonus Experience:
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit, or similar
- Construction documentation
- Cabinetry, finish selections, lighting plans
- Furniture specification
- Luxury residential experience
