Set Decorator

FIELD UNIT SET DECORATOR (Working Title) We are looking for a talented and resourceful Set Decorator for a field unit role on a major network renovation show. This is a unique position that lives outside of the traditional art department. You'll be the creative and logistical lead for our field unit equally responsible for hands-on set decorating and coordinating the look and flow of special on-location outings with our host and restaurant owners. What you'll be doing: Dressing and maintaining a mobile field unit Decorating and coordinating on-location field shoots Working closely with a small, nimble crew Collaborating directly with the production designer What we're looking for: Experience in set decorating on film or television Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Strong organizational and communication skills Able to work independently and problem solve on the fly Calm under pressure with a low ego and great attitude Dates: Mid-August through mid-to-late October Location: Travel required/ covered To be considered please submit your resume and portfolio/work examples.
