Are you tired of the endless hustle for one-off gigs and looking for a meaningful, consistent way to your talents? Heritage Oaks Assisted Living is a premium, luxury boutique senior living community, and we are completely changing the game for local creatives and entertainers. Instead of hiring you for a single event once a year, we want to put you on a permanent, weekly repeating schedule. We operate two beautiful, high-end residential care homes located right on the same street. We are looking for engaging, passionate individuals to bring joy, connection, and high-quality entertainment to our wonderful residents. What Kind of Talent Are We Looking For? If you have a heart for seniors and a talent they would love, we want to hear from you! This includes: Musicians & Singers: Acoustic guitarists, pianists, vocalists, or instrumentalists who can play classic hits, Christian Worship Music, jazz, folk, country, or easy-listening music that connects with an older generation. Art Instructors: Patient, enthusiastic artists who can guide residents through simple, rewarding visual arts or craft projects (watercolors, sketching, seasonal crafts). Entertainers & Performers: Storytellers, local historians, theater performers, poetry readers, or unique presenters who can deliver an engaging, interactive hour of entertainment. The Vibe: You must be warm, patient, and genuinely enjoy interacting with seniors (including those with memory care needs). Your presence should bring light and energy into the room! The "Double Performance" Setup: To make your drive completely worth it, we book our talent for a 2-Hour Double Performance block. Hour 1: You perform/teach in House 1. Hour 2: You walk down to House 2 and perform/teach the same session for a completely different group of residents! Pay: $40/hour ($80 total per 2-hour double-block), paid out weekly. Current Shifts Available (Pick what fits your schedule!): We are looking to fill the following specific weekly slots. You can claim just one block per week, or string multiple blocks together for a highly predictable side-income: Mondays: House 2 @ 10:00 AM | House 1 @ 3:00 PM Tuesdays: House 1 @ 3:00 PM Wednesdays: House 1 @ 10:00 AM | House 2 @ 2:00 PM Thursdays: House 1 @ 2:00 PM | House 2 @ 3:00 PM Fridays: House 2 @ 2:00 PM | House 1 @ 3:00 PM Saturdays: House 2 @ 10:00 AM | House 1 @ 2:00 PM | House 2 @ 2:00 PM Sundays: House 1 @ 9:00 AM | House 2 @ 10:00 AM | House 1 @ 2:00 PM | House 2 @ 3:00 PM Requirements: Must be reliable, punctual, and professional (our residents look forward to these sessions all week!).
