Job Summary
A Product Designer 3 plays a key role in shaping BSWH strategic initiatives through a customers perspective. They are responsible for driving the quality, creativity, and delivery of human-centered digital products for patients and families. We are building a versatile team of designers with strengths in either UI or UX. The Product Designer 3 will collaborate with research, service design, content design, engineering, analytics, product managers, and CX leadership. They help solve digital pain points, empower users, and influence stakeholders with clear rationale and storytelling. They gather and integrate feedback and create energy and alignment through strategic visions and creative product design innovation.
WHAT IS EXPECTED
Craft:
Advance BSWH customer-centric digital experiences with innovative and successful solutions. Inspire and motivate other designers to do the same. Demonstrate artistry and excellence in communicating strategic new ideas. Distill complex ideas so others can quickly understand them. Create design cohesion across the ecosystem.
