About the jobnnProstoria is expanding in the U.S. and is looking for a full-time, dynamic Sales & Design Specialist passionate about sales to join our sales team in Prostoria Flagship store in River North district of Chicago. nn nnThe ideal candidate will be responsible for offering the outstanding service to our clients and for reaching sales goals. The ideal candidate has a retail sales experience, ideally in the high-end furniture market and/or interior design with an understanding the specifics of prostoria or comparable brand clients. nn nnYour main responsibilities will be:nn nnWorking both with architects/interior designers and retail clients on specifications of products and all aspects of the order from the initial design, layout, choice of fabric and finishes, to the managing orders and follow-up after white glove delivery and assembly service.nPreparation of various sales-related documents (offers,orders, invoices, etc.)nOrganizing and supervising sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the efficient operation of the company's sales and distribution activitiesnProviding planning, design and coordination of small to large scale projects for Prostoria and for clients, including visits of the client's sitesn Visit of the client's sites as a part of the planning and selection process; nOrganizing delivery of the products to customers and ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goodsnTaking care of the customer's network, building and maintaining customer databases and reference list of projects; visits of the architectural and design firms as a part of developing relationships with the specifiersn Resolving customer complaints and providing necessary customer after sales supportnTaking care of the layout , atmosphere and design concept of Prostoria Flagship store and Showroom in ChicagonManaging time and workload of own work efforts and those of others to meet project task deadlines and commitmentsnIn collaboration with team members, contributing to a clear and consistent work plan to achieve the budget and meet deadlines and commitmentsnParticipation, work and support at local and international furniture fairsnMaintaining company's code of conduct and best practices in order to keep Prostoria Flagship Store Chicago commited to high brand standards and exceptional servicesn nnRequired qualifications:nn nnProfessional degree in Architecture or Interior design n5 + years of professional experience as architect/interior designernOutstanding sales skillsnIdeally having experience in the retail sales of high-end furniture market and informed about other brands in the marketnStrong verbal and written communication skills.nProficiency in CAD, SketchUp and similar tools (both 2D and 3D)nProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPointnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.nStrong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for design furniture and designing spacesn nnBenefits:nn nnCompetitive salarynComprehensive benefits packagen50% of single health insurancenSupportive and creative work atmospherenOpportunities for professional development and career developmentnCollaborative and inclusive work environmentn nnJoin Our team!nnProstoria USA Inc. nn303 W Illinois StreetnnChicagonnIL ...
