Role Description Simida Design is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will collaborate with senior designers and project teams to conceptualize and develop interior design solutions, prepare construction drawings, select and order materials and furnishings. Qualifications Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp or other relevant tools to create realistic renderings Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
