Responsibilities - The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: 1. Translating product into compelling visual content in a fast-paced studio environment. 2. Strong knowledge of studio and natural lighting techniques. 3. Proven experience photographing fashion products for e-commerce. 4. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. 5. Ability to capture editorial-style imagery as well as product shots. 6. Highly organized, with the ability to work quickly in a high-volume studio environment. 7. Ability to support cross-functional teams with graphic assets and creative requests. 8. Potential opportunities to shoot lookbooks, campaigns, social content, and video. 9. Collaborate directly with the Marketing and Creative teams on key projects. 10. Maintain an efficient workflow in the studio to meet daily and weekly production targets. 11. Manage and maintain studio equipment, lighting setups, equipment inventory and overall studio cleanliness. 12. Utilize AI tools to help create imagery, short videos, and lifestyle concepts when needed. 13. Contribute to special projects and additional creative initiatives as assigned. 14. Must approach content creation with a marketing mindset and distinct brand viewpoints. 15. Ability to light and shoot a high volume of men's clothing, both on a mannequin as well as product detail shots with required high quality and skill. 16. Partner with Head Photographer and Post-Production Manger to manage workload volume and ensure effective execution. 17. Accurately sort and name product shots to maintain file organization. 18. Maintain photo equipment, props and studio cleanliness. 19. All other relevant duties, as required. Requirements - The successful candidate should possess the following attributes: 1. Bachelor's degree in fine arts or relevant field is preferred. 2. At least 3 years of proven work experience as an e-Commerce or product photographer or similar role. 3. Have a portfolio of completed photography and/or product photography. 4. Solid knowledge of the printing process and pre-flighting tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign). 5. Hands-on experience with graphic design software and image editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom Classic and MacOS). Experience with tether shooting to Lightroom Classic. 6. Previous experience with soft goods styling i.e., styling clothing on a mannequin would be a big plus! 7. Ability to work in a high-volume production environment 8. Proactive problem solving, with attention to process improvement 9. Project management experience with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 10. Hard working and detail oriented to ensure work is done correctly 11. Previous work in a fashion environment is also a plus!
