un Contract Photographer - Real Estate (Terre Haute) (Terre Haute) compensation: $12.50 per self-storage property, plus additional bonuses for storage unit photos and interior photos Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation! Photographers should be located in or willing to travel around the Terre Haute area to take some property photographs of Self-Storage properties. This contract position will begin immediately and will last approximately 1-2 weeks. Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please be aware that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required. Assignment will contain ~15 properties and photographers are given approximately one week to complete the assignment; however, each assignment generally only requires approximately 2 days of work. 15-20 unedited photos of each property should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox. Each property should take about 15 minutes to photograph. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance; however, assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)
