Photographer / Videographer / Photo Booth Technician Needed (Freelance / On-Call - Weddings & Events | South Florida) SHAY Photography is looking to bring on reliable, motivated photographers, videographers, and Photo Booth technicians to join our team on an on-call basis for weddings, engagements, graduations, family sessions, corporate events, baby showers, proms, anniversary parties, and portrait sessions throughout South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Broward, Palm Beach). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about capturing moments and enjoy working in a fast-paced, event-based environment. Depending on your experience, you may be booked as a second shooter, lead shooter, videographer, or Photo Booth attendant. This is not a weekly guaranteed positionbookings are based on demand. Compensation (Based on Experience, Equipment & Role) * Photography / Videography using your own equipment: Typically ranges from $65-$90/hour depending on experience and skill level * Using SHAY Photography equipment: Typically ranges from $55-$75/hour depending on experience * Basic knowledge with limited equipment or experience: Pay adjusted based on overall skill level and role * Entry-level / training opportunities: Start around $40/hour (May begin with a shorter trial shoot to assess experience and overall fit) * Videography rates vary depending on experience level, stabilization knowledge, audio knowledge, and equipment quality * Photo Booth technician pay depends on experience with lighting, printer technology, setup/breakdown, and guest interaction Training may be available on an individual or case-by-case basis.
