This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about interior design, enjoys working in a creative environment, and has a positive, can-do attitude. We are looking for a team member who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable helping with both design projects and showroom operations. Job Description - Assist with AutoCAD drawings and design presentations - Source furniture, lighting, fabrics, and materials for residential design projects - Track furniture orders and coordinate with vendors and workrooms - Organize project files, samples, and product information - Assist with maintaining showroom pricing, inventory, and product information - Support client meetings and assist with presentation preparation Qualifications - Passion for interior design and the design industry - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep things running smoothly - Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude - Comfortable communicating with vendors and coordinating orders - Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (not required) - Previous experience in an interior design firm, showroom, or related field is a plus Position Details - Part-time / Full time with a flexible schedule - Compensation based on experience and skill level - Opportunity to work on a range of residential design projects with an established Santa Barbara design firm If you are organized, creative, and excited to grow within the interior design industry, we would love to hear from you.
