Video Editor Needed for Family Business / Startup YouTube Channel/Soc

We are looking for a creative video editor to help document and edit content for a growing family business and startup project based in Los Angeles.

The project centers around:

* our coffee catering business
* the development of a new beverage mixing machine (The Matcha Mixer)
* family/business lifestyle content
* behind-the-scenes entrepreneurial content
* events, branding, and product development

The overall vibe is:

* documentary style
* authentic
* cinematic but natural
* similar to family/startup YouTube channels and modern creator content

Content will need to be edited for:

* YouTube (long-form videos)
* Instagram Reels
* TikTok
* YouTube Shorts

We are looking for someone who can:

* help shape storylines from raw footage
* create engaging pacing and edits
* incorporate music, captions, transitions, and social-friendly formatting
* help us improve our filming process over time
* potentially grow with the project long term

Equipment being used:

* DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo
* iPhone footage
* event footage
* family/business footage
