Senior Interior Designer Position Summary The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from initial concept development through final installation. This individual should possess strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, excellent client communication abilities, and a refined design aesthetic. Responsibilities Lead interior design projects through all phases Develop creative concepts, presentations, and detailed design plans Manage client relationships and presentations Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants Prepare and review construction documents and specifications Mentor junior staff and support team development Conduct site visits and oversee installations Source furnishings, materials, finishes, and accessories Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field 7+ years of professional interior design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and/or commercial work Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Experience with rendering software and project management platforms (Design manager or Studio Designer) preferred Strong knowledge of construction documentation and FF&E specification Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Junior Interior Designer Position Summary The Junior Interior Designer will support the senior design team in developing and executing interior design projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated designer looking to grow professionally in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist with space planning and design development Prepare drawings, mood boards, and client presentations Research materials, furnishings, and finishes Support project coordination and documentation Assist with vendor communication and order tracking Attend project meetings and site visits Maintain project files and design libraries Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field 1-4 years of industry experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Design Manager or Studio Designer, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Passion for interior design and eagerness to learn Design Assistant Position Summary The Design Assistant will provide administrative and creative support to the design team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, design-oriented, and interested in growing within the interior design industry.
