Talented Videography Team With Own Gear Needed in Miami (2 Video Operators and 1 Sound Mixer/Boom Operator)
We are looking for an uncommonly talented freelance videographer (and co-videographer) to shoot an episode of a new food / culinary / chef interview series airing on national public television.
--must be available Sunday June 28th
--must have Netflix-approved cameras (for example, Sony FX6)
--must have quality sound gear (boom mic, 2 lavs) and a gimbal
--must have lighting (key light and at least two smaller lights)
--shoot is at a cigar bar/ lounge
--one fixed for the main interview, two other cameras operated by the videographers
--shoot is straightforward: primarily interview will be in the
restaurant seating area, perhaps moving to kitchen for another segment, with walk and talk moments, and B-roll of the lounge
While our budget is limited as this is public television, the project is high profile, the subject matter is fun, and it will see wide distribution. If we like working together, it will lead to additional episodes to film. We are looking for "our person in Miami". (Can be located outside of Miami but must commute)
FEE: $1,800 flat rate for the entire three-person shoot (you will source the co-videographer and sound mixer you work with)
TO APPLY: ASAP, must submit a resume, links to your best work, and answer the question:
***What skills/experiences distinguish you from the multiplicity of videographers / camera operators / directors of photography in Miami?
If we like what we see, we will set up a Zoom interview this week. We look forward to hearing from you!
