Sign Shop - Graphic Artist / Assembler (Morro Bay)

Goofy Graphics in Morro Bay is looking for a talented Graphic Artist and Vinyl Sign Assembler/Installer.

In-House Position Only / Monday thru Friday / 10 AM to 4 PM. / $24/hr to start

Production Assistant/Installer $18

You will be working along side one other employee with same job description.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).

Primarily work with customer supplied files and adjust artwork to print/cut ready specs.

Design logos and signs from scratch (if needed)

Communicate with clients by sending proofs and making changes.

Must have knowledge of sign-making production, equipment and materials.

Prepare and send files to Vinyl Cutter (we will train procedures)

Weed vinyl, apply transfer tape and apply to substrates.

Assist in installation (if needed)

We are in process of setting up a Roland 54 printer to print on and cut vinyl.
You will be trained to prepare and send files.
