This is a perfect fit if you're a working freelancer looking to fill gaps between shoots with steady, well-paid studio work or a junior photographer ready to prove yourself in a high-volume, professional environment. What You'll Do High-Volume Headshots: Execute 4 looks per talent in 20-30 minutes, capturing 40-60 shots per session with consistency and speed. Direct & Stage: Guide talent into natural, marketable poses; arrange lighting, scenes, and backdrops to hit both technical and creative marks. Stay Organized: Manage the shoot schedule, track attendance and no-shows via Acuity Scheduling and Google Sheets. Run the Gear: Operate and maintain pro camera, lens, and lighting setups in-studio. Quick Turnaround: Use Adobe Lightroom to upload, process, and present sample shots to talent immediately post-session. Light Upselling: Educate clients on two package options with ease no hard sell, just clear, friendly guidance. What You Bring A strong portfolio showing portrait or studio work that pops. The ability to shoot fast without sacrificing quality you thrive under volume. Solid command of studio workflows, digital capture, and lighting setups. Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop fluency for editing, processing, and archiving. Great people skills you put talent at ease and deliver a first-class client experience.
