IDR is seeking a Digital Designer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity! This role involves managing and creating engaging marketing materials across digital, print, and broadcast media for a next-generation energy company. The company is focused on innovative energy solutions and brand storytelling through compelling visual design.

Position Overview for the Digital Designer:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce creative that aligns with brand standards and strategy

Develop visual design strategies to enhance user experience across various marketing channels

Create pixel-perfect digital assets for print, web, social media, and broadcast applications

Take creative ownership from concept through to launch, demonstrating strategic thinking and attention to detail

Requirements for the Digital Designer:

5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team

Proficiency in developing digital assets including icons, layouts, typography, and animations

Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, SDL Tridion, or WordPress

Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

Familiarity with digital photo editing and designing for multiple media platforms
