The concept follows our real-life journey as a real estate family trying to break into one of the most competitive luxury real estate markets in the world: Malibu. We're not already Malibu insiders. We're not celebrities. We're not luxury brokers. We're documenting the process of learning the market, networking with agents, touring luxury properties, finding renovation opportunities, building a real estate team, raising our family, and hopefully completing our first Malibu renovation project. Think: Million Dollar Listing Selling Sunset HGTV Undercover Billionaire Documentary-style YouTube storytelling all mixed together into a real-life journey. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who can help transform raw footage into compelling stories. This is NOT simply cutting clips together. We're looking for someone who understands: Storytelling YouTube retention Pacing Music Emotional moments Humor Hooks Building suspense Creating binge-worthy content Ideally, you enjoy channels like: Ryan Trahan MrBeast Graham Stephan Enes Yilmazer Peter McKinnon Yes Theory Casey Neistat and understand what makes people watch. WHAT YOU WOULD BE EDITING Content may include: Luxury home tours Malibu adventures Real estate projects Family moments Renovation projects Networking events Open houses Business building Road trips Behind-the-scenes footage We'll be filming primarily on iPhones initially and want to create professional, entertaining content from real-world footage.
