Product Designer

LaunchGood is a global crowdfunding platform to support Muslims launching good across the world by helping them raise funds for causes around the world. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Designer to join our Design team. At LaunchGood, we believe that great products start with deep empathy. As part of our design team, you wont just design for users youll design with them. Youll connect directly with donors and fundraisers to uncover insights, validate ideas, and champion their needs every step of the way.

Deliverables

• End-to-end product designs, from exploration to implementation
• High-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models
• Scalable design systems and visual guidelines
• Storytelling artifacts that influence product direction
• Design documentation
• Research plans, usability testing guides, and user interview summaries
• Personas, customer journey maps, and service blueprints
• Cross-functional workshop facilitation and collaboration as needed

Requirements

• Must be based in North America (preferably ET timezone)
• Bachelors degree in design, HCI, or related field
• 57 years of product design experience, with ownership of key initiatives
• Experience mentoring designers and shaping team culture
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design systems
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS; Tailwind a plus)
• Strong communicator who can inspire confidence across teams, especially in a virtual, remote environment
