Position Overview: We are seeking an Interior Designer for Mid-Scale to Luxury Hotel projects. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively, listen proactively, have a keen eye for detail, think creatively, and solve problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
3-5 years of experience in Commercial Design, Hotels, or Multifamily Spaces
Knowledge in FF&E specifications, digital staging/rendering, and materials selection
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Valid work permit (USA); H1 Visa Sponsorships available upon review

Responsibilities:

Develop interior design packages including specifications and construction documents
Coordinate FF&E installation during construction
Guide team and consultants
Research and select furnishings, fixtures, and equipment
Conduct space planning for Hospitality projects
Review shop drawings for custom hotel furnishings
