Reports to: Creative Director of MDO Holdings
Overview
MDO Holdings is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to help bring multiple brands-like O2 Fitness and Thrive Wellness-to life. You'll create compelling visuals across print and digital, supporting a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong design instincts, an eye for detail, and the flexibility to work across multiple brands and mediums. You'll play a vital role in shaping on-brand assets that simplify messaging and amplify impact-always putting function first.
Responsibilities
- Own design projects from concept through execution, delivering high-quality results on deadline.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all MDO Holdings companies, with the ability to shift between brand aesthetics seamlessly.
- Design a wide variety of marketing materials for print, digital, social media, signage, and more.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align creative output with strategic goals.
- Create initial drafts and iterate based on feedback with an openness to revision and refinement.
- Perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines, and proper formatting for each output type.
- Design for both digital and print media, including large-scale production and in-house printing.
- Balance creative ideation with fast-paced production work-switching smoothly between modes as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new visual assets and contribute to planning timelines for creative production.
- Stay current on industry and design trends, with a keen eye on competitor activity and brand evolution.

Qualifications
Requirements
- 1-3 years of design experience, ideally with a BFA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated success working on an in-house creative or marketing team.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills; must thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand systems.
- Comfortable working with Dropbox and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Personable, collaborative, and service-oriented-with a passion for working hard and having fun.
Preferred Qualifications
- A desire for continuous learning and skill development through training or coursework.
- Photography skills and experience with photo editing.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Squarespace or WordPress.
- Familiarity with basic web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
