Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Art Director for an innovative, design-forward ecommerce brand within the consumer goods space. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Seattle, WA, with in-office collaboration as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead multi-channel creative initiatives for a highly visible consumer brand. This role brings campaigns to life across digital, print, video, and social platforms in partnership with marketing and merchandising teams. The Art Director will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and elevating the brand's presence in a competitive market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead creative direction across web, social media, print, and video content

Guide and mentor a design team while contributing to hands-on creative production

Develop and maintain cohesive brand visuals across all marketing platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and product teams

Art direct photo and video shoots and ensure high-quality, engaging assets

Bring innovative digital and social concepts to life, aligned with strategic goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and brand design excellence

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD)

Background in leading and executing consumer-facing creative campaigns

Experience in photo and video art direction and production workflows

Ability to translate brand vision into compelling visuals that drive engagement

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive annual salary of up to $135k, depending on experience.
