Associate Art Director

The Associate Art Director will concept, design, execute and provide oversight on Video and photo projects for the Bath & Body Works Brand Creative team. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, high-level creative vision, a deep understand of both commercial video and photography, and elevated design standards across multiple forms of media.

• Partner with the Creative Director and Copy manager on seasonal concept development and video treatments.
• Guide art direction on all video-related projects guiding overall creative vision for seasonal photo direction.
• Maintain brand identity and elevation through innovative creative thinking and tactical video, photo and design excellence.
• Actively collaborate with other members of team, including Copy and Concept Design, to ensure cohesion across brand vision.
• Keep up with current trends in video, photography, design and branding.
• Additional creative projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience designing and conceptualizing design in retail, fashion, cosmetics or ad agency, including hands-on experience with broadcast or brand video for big brands
• Deep understanding of commercial video, photography, branding, visual storytelling and design principles (including color, composition and typography).
• Ability to collaborate closely with copywriters on ideation and execution.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and other design tools.
• Advanced pitch/presentation skills to communicate creative vision.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
