Abercrombie & Fitch Co Graphic Apparel Designers are creative leaders who shape the visual identity of our collections. They drive seasonal graphic strategies across multiple product categories, leveraging deep customer understanding and trend forecasting to deliver compelling direction in our brand handwriting. As key contributors to the Design process, they collaborate cross-functionally and present confidently to senior leadership.

What Could You Be Doing?

  • Leading the development of seasonal graphic concepts across all apparel categories for Boys & Girls product with our Licensing partner, Haddad

  • Ensure alignment with brand vision and customer expectations

  • Partnering externally with our Licensing partner and internally with our Merchandising and Design teams to ensure cohesive product storytelling

  • Translating global trend research and customer insights into graphic direction that elevates the brand

  • Creating original graphic work through both design software and hand illustration

  • Presenting Design concepts and seasonal direction to senior leadership

  • Managing multiple product seasons and timelines with a high level of organization and attention to detail

  • Driving continuous improvement in Design processes, tools, and workflows

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion or a global retail brand

  • Excellent artistic eye including ability to illustrate by hand

  • A strong portfolio showcasing advanced design skills in typography, composition, color theory, and concept development

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with 3D or motion tools is a plus

  • Proven ability to interpret fashion trends and customer data into compelling graphic design

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional partners

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and creative excellence

  • Ability to manage multiple categories and operate autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a dynamic, evolving brand
