We are looking for a talented Associate Interior Designer to join their Interior Design team in the Bristol Studio. An Interior Architecture / Interior Design Degree , or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in Adobe CS - Photoshop and InDesign. Proficiency/ experience in Revit. Lead and oversee multiple interior design projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring design quality and technical excellence Act as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle Provide strategic design input, guiding projects from concept through to delivery with a focus on buildability and coordination Manage and mentor junior and mid-weight designers, supporting their development and reviewing outputs Coordinate closely with Architects, MEP consultants, and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions Oversee the production of detailed technical drawing packages, specifications, and FF&E documentation Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations Contribute to business development activities, including pitches, presentations, and networking Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and emerging design trends Support studio leadership in shaping team processes, design quality, and overall project delivery.
