Our fintech client is looking for a Senior Art Director to shape highimpact digital creative across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and more. This role blends conceptual thinking with handson design and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastmoving, global, missiondriven environment. This is a contract to hire role based in Seattle, WA (50% onsite) 40hrs/week for 6 months before converting.

In this role, the Senior Art Director will:

• Concept and execute campaigns for global markets, primarily within video and paid media
• Create video and static creative for Youtube, Meta, and TikTok
• Report to Creative Lead, Digital Acquisition
• Concept and design performance driven digital campaigns
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and cross functional partners
• Stay current on cultural trends across the Philippines, India, Latin America, and beyond

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of art director experience
• Experience creating complex video/ experience in high end video production
• Experience with UCG content and video for social plus creative concepting for OOH or broadcast is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, mobile first creative
• Experience with brand + performance channels (TV, OOH, social)
• Comfort partnering with copywriters and using AI tools
• Cultural sensitivity and global audience awareness
• A plus: bilingual speaker of Spanish or Hindi

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
