This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, ideal for someone who enjoys focused, physical work and contributing to a well-run studio environment. Requirements: Experience with precise, repetitive handwork (e.g., cutting intricate shapes from cardboard with a box cutter or similar tools) Strong attention to detail and ability to execute careful, consistent work Physically capable of lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs) Highly organized, dependable, and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Able to work 6-8 hours with sustained focus (limited phone use during work time) Responsibilities: Assist with detailed cutting and fabrication tasks Gluing, and painting to artist specifications General studio support: cleaning, organizing, and maintenance Organizing materials, tools, and storage areas Assisting with setup and breakdown of studio equipment Occasional errands A plus: Carpentry or woodworking experience (please describe your skills and include examples of past work if applicable) Valid driver's license This position is well suited to a student or recent graduate with an interest in art, fabrication, or studio practice.
