We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Fashion Designer to lead design initiatives for our Bebe apparel division. This role requires a strong combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to manage the design process from concept through production in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of apparel collections for the Bebe brand, ensuring alignment with seasonal direction and brand identity Create and oversee detailed tech packs to support accurate production execution Develop embellished logo graphics, CADs, and style concepts Own the specing of styles, ensuring proper fit, construction, and consistency across product lines Drive product development from initial artwork through fabric, trim selection, and final production approvals Attend and lead production fit sessions, providing clear direction on fit corrections and approvals Partner cross-functionally with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure product integrity and timelines are met Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are achieved Apply strong knowledge of knit fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques Identify and resolve development or production challenges proactively Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in apparel design, preferably within contemporary or branded fashion Advanced technical skills including tech packs, CADs, and garment specing Experience with embellished graphics and logo design Strong understanding of knit fabrics, construction methods, and production processes Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working on-site, 5 days per week Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (actual salary may vary based on experience, skill set, and internal alignment) Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Commuter Benefits
