at Zenith Home Corp in New Castle, Delaware, United States Job Description (1) Conduct design research & UX studies to translate consumer insights & trends into data-driven, innovative product concepts; (2) Integrate artistic vision with computational design & sustainability principles to create eco-conscious/future-oriented product solutions; (3) Design/optimize advanced 2D/3D product models & specifications, incorporating ergonomic/structural/aesthetic requirements for scalable production; (4) Create/fabricate functional/rapid prototypes via additive manufacturing to validate geometry/tolerance/manufacturability for metal/plastic injection-molded components; (5) Oversee sample fabrication & pre-production evaluations to ensure conformance with dimensional/mechanical criteria; (6) Develop/deliver high-fidelity design presentations, photorealistic renderings & CMF boards to translate strategic rationale into marketing/engineering objectives; (7) Manage/prioritize multiple design projects across product categories, ensuring alignment with launch schedules, regulatory compliance & design standards.
