We are looking for someone to join our screen-printing team. The role includes screen printing on a ROQ 12 station auto press, setting press, mixing inks, etc. Experience in screen printing is a must.

Operating NEW ROQ NEXT XL 8-COLOR 12-STATION.
Minimum of 2-5 years in screen printing operations.
Experience on Auto and Manual press.
Follow directions from team Production Manger
Has established quality-controlled measures in current or previous roles to achieve consistency in the desired outcomes. Works effectively with others to establish new products, and/or processes when applicable.
Knowledge of all aspects of production: setting up/breaking down jobs, burning screens, reclaiming screens, mixing inks, etc.

What we require:
Screen-printing experience
Mixing Inks
Pantone experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Positive attitude & team oriented
Photoshop, illustrator

Employee responsibilities consist of (but are not limited to):
Set up and register multi-color jobs
Focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery of printed products. Operate screen printing.
Knowledge to do R&D to help improve the screen printing operation and printing including ink quality.
Follow strict QC standards
Maintain a clean & safe work environment
Work quickly and efficiently while producing high-quality prints
Follow written job instructions
Set up jobs and ensure QC checks registration, flash settings, squeegee speed, and pressure
Print with a variety of ink types, like discharge, water base, and plastisol
Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout the production run
Ensure proper cleanliness and safety of equipment
You are organized and treat your equipment and tools with respect
