This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, recruiting, and audienceengagement.

Your job?

Create authentic video content that attracts, informs, and builds trust withprofessional drivers, as well as use data and performance insights to make thatcontent even better.

What You'll Actually Do

Create and optimize video content that supports recruiting, branding, andaudience engagementPlan, film, edit, publish, and manage video projects from start to finishInterview drivers and employees to uncover authentic storiesProduce YouTube videos, recruiting campaigns, and social media contentAnalyze video performance and use insights to improve future contentRepurpose and optimize existing content to extend reach and impactPartner with Recruiting, Marketing, Operations, and subject matter expertsacross ATS

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $82,000. Basesalary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, andgeographic location, compared to others performing substantially similar work.
