un PERFORMANCE ARTIST WANTED FOR LACMA ART PARADE (Los Angeles) image 1 of 2 compensation: TBD Los Angeles-based artist Giulia Scalese (The Collecteur) is seeking a performance artist to wear and present a sculptural fashion artwork, Death by Nostalgia, as part of the LACMA Art Parade on June 20 in collaboration with Jeffrey Deitch. The selected performer will participate in the parade while wearing a custom wearable artwork. This is less of a traditional modeling opportunity and more of a live art performance. Requirements: Comfortable performing in front of a large public audience Ability to embody a character or artistic presence while walking Tall, fashion-oriented appearance preferred Reliable and professional Commitment: One fitting in Downtown Los Angeles (approximately 1 hour) LACMA Art Parade on June 20 (approximately 2.5-3 hours total including preparation and parade participation) Paid opportunity.
