Senior Art Director

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Art Director with a strong conceptual mindset and a highly refined visual standard.

This role goes beyond execution. It requires someone who can lead ideas, define visual direction, and elevate the overall creative output across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of integrated campaigns across digital, social, and brand platforms

• Partner with copywriters and creative leads to develop and refine campaign ideas

• Own the development of key visuals, content systems, and campaign executions

• Ensure consistency, quality, and craft across all deliverables

• Present and defend creative work with clear rationale to internal teams and clients

• Guide and mentor designers and art directors, raising the overall standard of work

• Contribute to shaping the creative output across accounts, not just assigned tasks
